- The port area consists of esplanades and docks, arranged on three levels: a high level at +3.00 m with cobblestone pavement and two lower levels containing the wooden walkways at +2.05 m and +1.15 m.
- The docking wall is built with piles, backed by wooden sheet piles, extending 118 m. The same applies to the south-facing sections in Zone B, extending 36 m and 52 m on either side of the Passenger Pavilion. The 81 m wooden walkways are built on wooden piles, backed by a cyclopean concrete wall.
